Shipping & Returns Policy
At Altiora Gym, we know that getting your equipment quickly is vital for your training schedule. Because we ship professional-grade gear—often heavy or oversized—directly from our manufacturing partners to your door, we have designed our policies to be as transparent and helpful as possible.
Shipping Information
1. Processing & Handling
Order Verification: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Specialty Items: For larger items such as vaults, high-density landing mats, or bars, extra handling time may be required to ensure the equipment is secured for freight transport.
2. Shipping Times
Standard Delivery: Most home equipment (mats, floor beams) arrives within 7–14 business days.
Freight Delivery: Larger items requiring motor freight may take 10–21 business days.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your gear leaves the warehouse.
3. Inspection Upon Delivery (Crucial for Gymnastics Gear)
Gymnastics equipment is built to be durable, but shipping heavy items can be tough.
Action Required: Please inspect the packaging before signing for the delivery. If there is visible damage to the box or the equipment, note it on the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading) and take photos immediately.
Reporting: Contact us at support@altioragym.com within 48 hours of delivery if your item was damaged in transit.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you and your gymnast to be 100% satisfied. If the equipment isn’t the right fit for your home training space, we are here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You may return most new, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
2. Condition for Returns To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, equipment must be in original, sellable condition:
No Chalk: Items with chalk marks, handprints, or scuffs cannot be accepted.
Original Packaging: Please keep your boxes! We cannot accept returns without the original protective packaging.
Unused: Equipment must not show signs of wear, assembly stress, or outdoor use.
3. Return Shipping & Restocking
Shipping Costs: Because of the significant size and weight of gymnastics equipment, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or the wrong item was sent.
Restocking Fee: Some of our larger items (freight-shipped bars and vaults) may incur a 15% restocking fee, as charged by our manufacturing partners. This will be deducted from your final refund.
4. How to Start a Return
Email: support@altioragym.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct warehouse address.
Once the item is received and inspected (usually within 5 business days), we will process your refund to your original payment method.
