Welcome to Altiora Gym. By using our website and purchasing our equipment, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of Equipment & Safety Warning
Gymnastics is an inherently high-risk sport. The equipment sold on altioragym.com is intended for use by trained athletes under adult supervision.
Assumption of Risk: By purchasing our equipment, you acknowledge that gymnastics activities can lead to serious injury. Altiora Gym is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use, lack of supervision, or attempts at skills beyond the athlete’s ability level.
Maintenance: It is the responsibility of the user to inspect equipment (e.g., tightening bolts on kip bars, checking mat seams) before every use.
2. Order Accuracy & Pricing
We reserve the right to refuse any order. While we strive for total accuracy, errors in pricing or descriptions may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before shipping to confirm the correct price or cancel the order.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including text, gymnastics training guides, images, and logos—is the property of Altiora Gym and is protected by copyright laws.
Shipping & Returns Policy
At Altiora Gym, we know that getting your gear quickly is vital for your training schedule. Because we ship professional-grade equipment (often heavy or oversized) directly from our manufacturing partners, our policies are designed to be transparent and fair.
1. Shipping Times
Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
Delivery: Most equipment arrives within 7–14 business days. However, for larger items like vault trainers or heavy-duty mats, shipping may take slightly longer. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the facility.
2. Shipping Damage
Gymnastics equipment is durable, but shipping can be rough.
Important: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the equipment is damaged during transit, take photos immediately and contact us at support@altioragym.com within 48 hours. We will arrange for a replacement at no cost to you.
3. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Altiora Gym gear.
30-Day Window: You may return unused equipment in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Return Shipping: Because of the size and weight of gymnastics equipment, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of use (e.g., chalk marks on mats, grip marks on bars, or scuffs on beam suede).
